Furious Wail 2014

You let out a scream of white-hot fury that pierces the minds of up to five creatures within range. Each target must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 10d10 + 30 psychic damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a success, it takes half as much damage.
