Must drink 1+ pint of fresh blood or milk every 24 hrs or suffers one level of exhaustion. Each pint it drinks removes one level.

Transforms into Med humanoid Small mist cloud or back into true bird-like fiend form. Other than size and speed stats are same in each form with mist form exceptions. Items worn/carried not transformed. Reverts on death. Mist form: can't take any actions speak or manipulate objects resistance to nonmagical damage. Weightless fly speed 20' can hover can enter hostile creature's space and stop there. If air can pass through a space mist can with o squeezing but can't pass through water.
